Directeur Sportif Insights
Pogačar’s win wasn’t just a milestone, it was a message. UAE Team Emirates dominated the day tactically, delivering Pogačar perfectly to the final cobbled ramp. His late attack cracked the field and secured his second win of the Tour. The GC remains close, but momentum is clearly building around the Slovenian. The riders will be out on their TT machines to do a recce of the course this morning. Then the warm up begins to get their heart rate at threshold and to wake their legs up for a lung busting 33km’s.
