The application for insurance must be submitted prior to the start of each event. Excess payable per claim: R 1 000.00. Any incident must be reported to Cyclesure via WhatsApp or email with accompanying photos of the damage to 060 640 6363 or info@cyclesure.co.za before the end of the event, failing to comply may lead to rejection of the claim.
