To proceed with Instant Cover, please ensure you meet all of the following requirements:

• Your bicycle is a model from 2023 to 2026
• You have had fewer than two bicycle-related insurance claims in the past three years
• You have never had an insurance policy cancelled, declined, refused for renewal, or had special terms imposed by an insurer
• Your bicycle’s frame has never been repaired

Please also ensure that you have your purchase invoice, frame serial number and a clear image from the drive side of the bicycle to complete the process
